It was released on 1992 to set general election, however it was recorded on 1987!! For 5 years, Neil intended to set a timing for releasing this song. But actually they couldn't find any major record company for releasing it, record company said anything political was no fan. . . . .
"Them" is different version from album "Off The Record". Vocal track is not effected on this version. And "I'm the Urban Spaceman" is listed by stereo mix without Stanshall laughing voice on intro, but this version's stereo focus is reversed from last stereo mix.

1997年にはレコーディングされていたが、結局リリースされたのは1992年に小さなレーベル｢China」から。選挙の時期に合わせてのリリースを目論んでいたようだが、92年まで選挙が無かったことと、発売を引き受けるメジャーなレコードレーベルが無かったことが遅れた原因のようだ。どのレコード会社も言うことには政治的なものはつまらないだろうという理由で…。
“Them”は“Off The Record”に収録されたものと違って、ヴォーカルにエフェクトがかけられていないものが収められた。また“I'm the Urban Spaceman”はイントロにヴィヴィアンの笑い声が被っていないステレオ・ヴァージョンが収められたが、左右のチャンネルがこれまでのミックスと入れ替わっている。
裏ジャケは投票用紙を模したデザイン。
下の7"はプロモ用で、実際に発売されたのはCDだけであった。
